The Paneer Kulcha here is an absolute game-changer. The stuffing was incredibly generous, spiced perfectly with a hint of green chilies and fresh coriander, and the paneer itself was melt-in-the-mouth soft. It stayed fluffy even by the time I got it home. Paired with their spicy chole, it’s easily the best weekend brunch in town.

If you love authentic Amritsari style, their Aloo Kulcha hits the spot. The crust had that perfect, flaky, layered crunch that crushed beautifully when bit into. It was loaded with a well-seasoned potato mash that wasn’t overly heavy on the amchoor (dried mango powder). Just deductone star because I wish they gave a slightly larger dollop of white butter on top!

I usually find Onion Kulchas get soggy quickly because of the moisture from the onions, but this place managed to keep it beautifully crisp. The onions had a fantastic char from the tandoor and added a lovely, sweet-and-sharp crunch to every bite. The hint of kalonji (nigella seeds) on the crust gave it a great aroma. Highly recommended.

Ordered a mix of Aloo and Paneer Kulchas for a family dinner. Both were incredibly flavorful, stuffed edge-to-edge so you don’t just end up eating plain dough at the corners. The smoky flavor from the clay oven was distinct and delicious. They are quite heavy, so one kulcha is more than enough for a standard appetite!

Tried the Onion-Paneer twist today. The crunch of the finely chopped onions paired with the rich, soft paneer creates an incredible contrast in texture. It’s seasoned with a robust blend of crushed coriander seeds and anardana which gives it a brilliant tangy kick. Paired with a tall glass of salted lassi, it’s pure perfection.
